Timberlake Church (TC) is a growing, multisite church based in Redmond, Washington, and led by Pastor Ben Sigman. TC introduced Leadr to their team in 2020 and the Family Ministry Pastor, Jon Torres, quickly became a raving fan as it helped him better organize 1:1 meetings and become a more intentional leader. Soon after initial conversations, TC became one of Leadr’s earliest customers.

Organized meeting agendas helped improve collaboration among team members.
Jon was looking for something that could help him remember details about his team members so he could better interact with them during 1:1’s. Keeping notes in various places proved to be challenging and ineffective, and Leadr streamlined Jon’s note taking, keeping his team’s needs, preferences, and key personality insights front-of-mind.

Simplified meeting agendas and a singular place to keep track of notes helped Jon to better understand and support each of his team members and create a safe space for them as they met each week. He wanted team members to have space to process their own thoughts and ideas before and after meetings.

When asked what he would say to someone who was skeptical about implementing Leadr for their organization, Jon said:
“Hyper-organized people will love it, but it’s so user-friendly that even people who aren’t hyper-organized can utilize it. If you’re someone who is more of a visionary but not so organized, Leadr is extremely easy to implement.”
